Under Law 21,719 and Law 19,628 (Chile), you can exercise the following rights:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
9. Security and breaches
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will act in accordance with the law and, where appropriate, inform you without undue delay.
10. Minors
Our services are not directed to minors without the authorization required by law. If you believe we process a minor's data without authorization, contact us to resolve it.
